just got back from the intra constituency competition.. it was quite funny how it feels like to be playing in a "competition" and behaving so relaxed, even less serious than training.. isn't that wad's a hobby supposed to feel like? instead of trying so hard to win a person, just enjoy the process of playing the game.. haha.. easily said, probably because the other 2 teams were too strong and 1 of the team was far too weak, so essentially there was only 1 team to play with to decide if we get 3rd or 4th.. and that was the first match! lol..

i really enjoyed the first match cuz i played doubles with some unknown uncle, and he only knows how to serve backspin.. haha! we won the first set 11-6 and i got a little complacent cuz i performed quite well.. suddenly in the 2nd set we were trailing all the way until 10-5, cuz i didn't know how to receive the opponent's service.. however, we managed to catch up to 10-10 only to lose the set at 13-11, cuz of the service again.. lost the 4th set very closely too, and midway through the fifth set they called for a time-out.. yilong told me just hit it and i tried, losing 3 more points in the process.. den finally when we were leading 10-7, i managed to return the service.. i exclaimed "YES!" with both fists clenched! it was hiliarious cuz i didnt know mine was the deciding match and everyone was watching.. den 10-8, my turn to serve, and i served out! everyone laughed at me again.. den 10-9 i served and the opponent hit into the net so our team opened our account with a win, ensuring we wont be last.. lol

it's been a long time since it felt like this. NICE.
